Salt Lake City, April 20, 2026 — Numantec Group today announced that, through its U.S.-based subsidiary Health Line International Corp. (Health Line), it has entered into an exclusive agreement with Cair LGL to distribute the NeutraClear™ needle-free connector portfolio across the United States and Canada. The agreement covers both the single-valve product and its multi-configuration variants.
The partnership strengthens Numantec’s position in the needle-free connector segment — a high-value category within vascular access and infusion therapy — and broadens the Group’s North American offering. NeutraClear™ is an established technology with wide international distribution, strong clinical validation, and a consistent performance record.
Numantec will integrate NeutraClear™ into its existing infection prevention and vascular access workflow, creating a bundled solution for hospitals, GPOs, and IDNs. Through Health Line, the Group will leverage an established commercial infrastructure to unlock immediate cross-selling opportunities alongside Numantec’s prefilled syringes, disinfection solutions, and vascular access devices (PICC, Midline, and peripheral catheters).
